This project will extend from the Northside Road by the 5-Corners Intersection to the Seaplane Base in Christiansted.  The pathway will extend through the HFA property along the waterfront (with the possibility of a Park in this location) then across other government properties to the WAPA faucility .  The pathway with then run along the existing roadway to the 5-Corners intersection.

This route will connect people to places such as neighborhoods, waterfront communities, grocery stores, government buildings, sea plan base, Charles Howard Clinic, Churches and Schools as well as into Christiansted Historical Town.  This will also beautify the waterfront area and create and green space communal area.
