01/2022 Update:  The Vital Management had an in person meeting with the Port Authority to discuss opportunities along this water front.  VITAL is monitoring progress of this project.

This project is a venture between the National Park Service and the Government of the Virgin Islands and possibly the Port Authority. VITAL supports this project and is working to advance the boardwalk as an important segment in the greater project of creating pathways around St. Croix.
